What is Elastrakclub and how can I become a member?
Elastrakclub is Elastrak’s loyalty programme, rewarding customers who purchase a set of four Bridgestone, Firestone, Greentrac or Infinity passenger car or 4×4 tyres through the Elastrakclub dealer network.
Through an Elastrakclub dealer
- Purchase a set of four eligible tyres from an Elastrakclub dealer.
- Receive your membership number and registration code.
- Complete your registration either:
- at the dealership, by providing your electronic consent via SMS, or
- online at www.elastrak.gr within 20 days of purchase.
- If registration is not completed within the required period, your personal data will be deleted and your membership benefits will not be activated.
Through a promotion on the website
- Complete the online pre-registration.
- Receive your promotional voucher.
- Present the voucher at a participating dealer when purchasing your tyres.
- Your Elastrakclub membership is then activated.
Through an in-store promotion
- A promotional voucher is generated at the dealership.
- The same registration and activation process applies.
What is covered and what are the terms and conditions?
Free replacement of one (1) to four (4) tyres following accidental damage. The benefit applies with the purchase of four Bridgestone, Firestone, Greentrac or Infinity tyres for passenger cars and 4×4 vehicles. It covers an accidental event that renders the tyre irreparable and unserviceable, replacing it free of charge with a new tyre.
To claim a free replacement, you must present the original tyre purchase receipt, the vehicle registration certificate and a valid ID.
If I use the programme to replace one tyre and then another tyre is damaged within the same one-year coverage period, am I still covered for the second tyre?
No. The programme covers the replacement of one (1) to four (4) tyres, but only for a single incident (one accidental event) per membership number.
If I do not register on the website, but the dealer has registered me, do I still retain the right to use the programme?
If you do not register on the Elastrak website, your programme benefits will not be activated. You have 20 days from the date of purchase to complete your registration through the “Member Login” section.
What is ElGifts?
With the purchase of at least two Bridgestone, Firestone, Greentrac or Infinity tyres for any vehicle category, and by providing your email address, you are automatically entered into 12 monthly ElGifts prize draws. Your participation begins in the month following your purchase.
If I win an ElGifts prize, will I continue to be entered into future prize draws?
Yes. You remain eligible to participate in all 12 monthly prize draws, and if you’re lucky, you could even win a prize in every one of them!
