Free Replacement in Case of Damage
The free tyre replacement program for accidental damage is provided in addition to the standard manufacturer warranty for Bridgestone, Firestone, Greentrac, and Infinity products and is available exclusively with the purchase of four (4) tyres for passenger cars and 4×4 vehicles* through the elastrakclub network.
The program covers what is defined as an “accidental event“, meaning any damage that renders a tyre unsuitable for use, offering a free replacement with a new tyre even when the damage results from driver responsibility (e.g., impact with a curb, pothole, or similar incidents).
The benefit applies:
- for one (1) year from the date of purchase;
- to one (1) to four (4) tyres;
- for a single incident only per member code, following the completion of registration on elastrak.gr.
If the tyre can be repaired, the free replacement benefit does not apply. Any intentional action that renders the tyre unfit for use is excluded from the program.
The following documents are required to complete the replacement process:
- a copy of the tyre purchase receipt;
- the vehicle registration certificate.

Bridgestone
Η δωρεάν αντικατάσταση ελαστικού λόγω ζημιάς ισχύει πέραν της εργοστασιακής εγγύησης των προϊόντων Bridgestone και παρέχεται αποκλειστικά με την αγορά δύο (2) ελαστικών.
Το πρόγραμμα καλύπτει το λεγόμενο «ατυχές γεγονός», δηλαδή οποιαδήποτε ζημιά καθιστά το ελαστικό ακατάλληλο προς χρήση, προσφέροντας δωρεάν αντικατάσταση με καινούργιο ελαστικό, ακόμη και αν η ζημιά προκλήθηκε με υπαιτιότητα του οδηγού (π.χ. χτύπημα σε πεζοδρόμιο, λακκούβα κ.λπ.).
Η παροχή ισχύει:
για ένα (1) έτος από την ημερομηνία αγοράς
για ένα (1) έως δύο (2) ελαστικά
για ένα μόνο περιστατικό (μεμονωμένο συμβάν) ανά κωδικό μέλους, μετά την ολοκλήρωση της εγγραφής στο elastrak.gr
Σε περίπτωση που το ελαστικό μπορεί να επιδιορθωθεί, η δωρεάν αντικατάσταση δεν ισχύει. Εσκεμμένη ενέργεια που καθιστά το ελαστικό ακατάλληλο προς χρήση δεν καλύπτεται από το πρόγραμμα.
Για την ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας αντικατάστασης απαιτούνται:
αντίγραφο της απόδειξης αγοράς των ελαστικών
άδεια κυκλοφορίας του οχήματος
